THE SLUM DIWALI

On Diwali eve, some city boys from Aawaam Organisation helped these children to reach that pinnacle of happiness and shared joys between them. These boys give their bit in visualizing a world with no boundaries of happiness and encouraged the children by getting involved in their lives for hours.

Boys spread the message of celebrating Diwali without disturbing the nature, brightened the huts and shelters around with candles and diyas making sure that no corner seems to be dark, and shared sweets and other eatables among them. Brightening the colony with few low polluting crackers was a part of the hour too.
